Clarification Text on the GDPR
General Personal Data Protection Law
As LogiPortal, we continue to carry out our work on the Protection of Personal Data, which we attach great importance to since the day we were founded, in a parallel approach with the "General Personal Data Protection Law (GDPR)". In this context, information about both some terms expressed in the law and our data processing processes to fulfill our obligations are presented below.
What is GDPR?
The General Personal Data Protection Law (GDPR) was adopted by the Turkish Grand National Assembly on 24.03.2016 and entered into force after being published in the Official Gazette dated 07.04.2016 and numbered 29677.
The law is based on the compatibility of all data processing persons and institutions within the framework of basic purposes such as ensuring the confidentiality of personal data, protecting it and preventing its unauthorized use. LogiPortal, like all organizations, is obliged to comply with this Law and the personal data processed in all its processes are within this scope.
What is General Personal Data?
All data or datasets that make a person identifiable directly or indirectly are considered personal data. Identifiable information such as name, surname, place/date of birth, phone number, CV, photo, voice recording directly belonging to the person or created on behalf of the person can be given as an example. Such personally identifiable data is also considered as Personal Data.
What is Data Processing?
Any operation performed on personal data is considered as "Data processing". Therefore, archiving, storing, changing, rearranging, disclosing, transferring, analyzing and classifying data are within the scope of data processing.
Who is the Relevant Person / Data Owner?
One of the expressions frequently used in the law and in our corporate policies is "Relevant person" or "Data owner". Refers to natural persons whose personal data are processed.
Who is the Data Controller?
The data controller is the natural or legal person who determines the purposes and methods of processing personal data and is responsible for the establishment and management of the data recording system. At this point, our customers become the Data Controller for the data of our visitors and employees.
Who is Data Processor?
Data processors are natural or legal persons who process data on behalf of the data controller. These persons may also be a separate natural or legal person authorized by the data controller to process personal data.
Data Processing Terms
All data controllers have the right to process data only when the following conditions are met or the data subject gives express consent:

Fulfilling Data Owner Requests
GDPR gives the relevant persons the right to make a request regarding which personal data are processed in which processes and the current status of these data. As LogiPortal, we are obliged to respond to requests from data owners within 30 days.
Pursuant to Article 13 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698, which regulates the application to the data controller, the data subject/data owner must submit their requests regarding the implementation of the Law to the data controller in writing. For this reason, in order for your request to be evaluated, you must apply in writing to our nearest branch or submit a written application through our fastest direct channel. Institutions and persons who are data controllers or process data are obliged by the Law to inform the data owners about the personal data they process.

As LogiPortal , we act as a data controller and take the necessary precautions during the storage, processing and transfer of your personal data in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. We would like to inform you about these issues.
COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
As LogiPortal, which has the title of Data Controller, the personal data of our customers, from themselves and / or from the authorities of our customers (eg proxy, representative, parent) and / or authorized institutions and organizations (eg, Identity Sharing System, Address Sharing System, all kinds of written, verbal and visual We collect your personal data, which we collect by LogiPortal, in accordance with the law related to the purposes and purposes set out below. RIGHTS OF THE RELATED PERSON whose PERSONAL DATA IS PROCESSED
In accordance with the provisions of the GDPR, you can use the following rights by applying to LogiPortal:

Requests submitted in this context will be concluded free of charge by LogiPortal within thirty days at the latest. However, if a fee is stipulated by the Personal Data Protection Board, the fee in the tariff determined by LogiPortal may be charged.
